Hi. I’m Victoria Pattison and I have a passion for movies. Everything from the script to the camera work to the lighting and the actors – I loves great movies and with equal intensity, I love to hate bad movies.
For 7 years I was the editor of an entertainment magazine and got to review hundreds of films and interview actors like Gridiron Gang’s The Rock (great guy), Life or Something Like It’s Christian Kane (great, great guy), Cody Bank’s Frankie Muniz (he thinks he’s a great guy) and 8 Mile’s Taryn Manning (great, great girl) to name just a few. I loved it, but it wasn’t my only love.
I left journalism to pursue a career as a stand up comic, but really, can you ever take the writer out of the girl? Nope, you can’t. So thanks to the awesome people here at ThatMovieSite.com, I’ll be clicking the keyboard again.
You can expect my reviews to be full of humour, piss and vinegar – and please if you can’t understand and appreciate sarcasm when you read it, don’t read my reviews. They will just make you more of a lost soul than you already are.
Also, I have no problem promoting a film for the sheer T&A factor. Don’t ever expect me to give a bad review to a movie where Justin Timberlake or Jake Gyllenhaul takes off his shirt. It just will not happen. THAT, as any fellow cougar-in-training will tell you, is cinematic genius.
