Valentines Day - Yikes  
| There’s not much to say here except that this was pretty much a piece of crap. Very few surprises, a weak script and a lame attempt to interweave several stories simultaneously and that wraps up what you get with Garry Marshall’s Valentine’s Day. This is no Pretty Woman (or Overboard for that matter – my guilty pleasure) both previous Marshall successes. He did enlist his favorite pretty woman, Julia Roberts (for a reported $3M and a day’s work – nice work if you can get it), but to no avail. Even with her wattage, this film really has no shining light.
